The candles fit candelabras (Chanukiahs) with minimum 3/4" diameter cups (to have the necessary space for the 1" candles).
Filling the candles 1/4 full with the liquid paraffin will cause them to burn for two hours. If lighting on a Friday evening, you can fill the candles roughly a third full to ensure that they will last for three hours - and well into the Sabbath.
